2nd Line Support Engineer (Fasthosts)
The 2nd Line Support Team is responsible for dealing with customer issues and requests that have been escalated from the 1st Line Team. They are also responsible for the monitoring and management of our server infrastructure. Additional duties include managing the deployment of our dedicated servers, resolving automate build issues and racking hardware stock.
Customer Care Specialist (Fasthosts)
Develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers resulting in increased levels of customer retention and customer satisfaction. This is to be achieved through proactive and reactive communication with our customers who have either expressed a wish to cancel their services with us, those who have raised a complaint regarding any aspect of their service, or those customers whose recent account activity indicates that they may be unhappy with their service, or considering cancellation of services. Central focus of the role is a reduction in customer cancellation, and effective resolution of complaints / disputes.
3rd Line Windows Engineer / Automated Deployment Expert (Fasthosts)
Specific responsibility for working on Fasthosts automated server deployment solution. Creating, modifying and supporting deployment images and scripting. You will be part of the 3rd Line infrastructure support team who are responsible for the following. You will be expected to contribute to these responsibilities as well as supporting the automated deployment infrastructure.
MSSQL DBA / 3rd Line Windows Engineer (Fasthosts)
Specific responsibility for supporting and maintaining Fasthosts SQL Server Environments. Both the corporate databases that drive our business and our estate of hosted SQL servers environments used by our customers. You will be part of the 3rd Line infrastructure support team who are responsible for the following. Channel Account Manager (Fasthosts Channel)
The primary aims of the role are to develop a network of Value Added Channel partners and assist in making Fasthosts Channel Partner Programme best in class. The role will require you to take ownership of revenue generation through growing and managing the existing Channel as well as working closely with the Sales Director to recruit a new channel to support our business objectives. This is a newly created role and as such you will have an opportunity to make it your own but you will be required to draw on your natural energy, professionalism and enthusiasm to help the C team to drive change within the business.

The successful candidates will work alongside Web Designers and Developers in our R&D and Product Marketing departments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and build of new user interfaces, and updates to existing interfaces when required.
