Andy joined Fasthosts in 2009 to bring his commercial experience and knowledge of the Software and Services Industry to the business and to lead the strategic development of the company. With over 15 years managing technology companies in the security, monitoring and asset management markets, he has built them successfully through a commitment to B2B markets and a passionate belief in the role of well structured channel partnerships. Prior to Fasthosts, Andy held CEO roles at Centennial Software; Content Technologies (Baltimore), and Chubb Information Security. He was also Chief Operating Officer of ClearSwift, and held Managing Director posts within the publicly traded Chubb Security Group (now UTC) and Securicor Group (now G4S).

Andy is a Non Executive Director of FAST and Chairs the UK Cloud Industry Forum, a body that champions the emerging UK cloud industry and aims to provide transparency to end users about the capability of suppliers.

Joining Fasthosts in 2006, Steve brought extensive experience in marketing and product development of online services and solutions. Having always worked in roles that are internet focused, he has a strong commercial understanding of ecommerce, website interaction, marketing campaigns and new product development. Prior to joining Fasthosts, Steve was Internet Services director at VideoNetworks Ltd, a VOD and Broadband company, Senior Product Manager at NTL (now Virgin Media) where he worked on developing the broadband service & migration of dial-up users. Before this, he worked in the ecommerce departments at Argos Retail Group and Tesco Stores Ltd, developing home shopping services for these leading UK retailers.

Ian Osborne is Director of the Digital Systems Knowledge Transfer Network, a Technology Strategy Board funded programme operated by a consortium led by Intellect with QinetiQ and National Physical Laboratory. The Digital Systems KTN launched in October 2009 and is initially comprised of three programmes: Cyber-Security, Location & Timing and Scalable Computing. The new KTN is working closely with Digital Communications KTN and leading industry suppliers and innovators with a brief to address the needs for promoting ICT-based innovation in private and public sector organisations. James joined Microsoft in 2007 working in the Developer & Platform Evangelism Group (DPE) to focus on evangelising the Microsoft core platform through the hosting sector. He works closely with the Microsoft Hosting Team and passionately supports partners delivering boundary breaking Infrastructure (IaaS) solutions built on the Microsoft software stack.

James brought to Microsoft a background and experience in electronics and hardware with a Masters Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
