At the moment, we focus our DSL business on the BT backbone, utilising significant investment into core technology, including 21CN. This enables us to offer competitive packages, consisting of a high-speed DSL connections with a choice of business or consumer service levels.
Consumer services are targeted at providing high speed, reliable connectivity so that our partners are able to provide this key service with high levels of uptime.
Business level DSL includes a much lower contention ratio, resulting in lower congestion on shared connectivity networks. This means that during peak traffic periods, business customers are less likely to see an impact on their connection speed.
All Fasthosts broadband services are available nationwide and include unlimited bandwidth, no contract options, free migration and free support.
